Photography Camp { Day 4 } :: Georgetown – Washington DC

And the surprise destination of today was…. the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC! Today felt like a summer day in New England: we started out with temps in the upper 60s, which eventually rose to the low 80s with plenty of sunshine and NO humidity by the afternoon hours. What a nice respite from the latest temps we’ve been experiencing!

Highlights from today included window shopping along M Street, walking along the canals of the C&O Towpath, striding through the quaint neighborhoods near Georgetown University and last but not least, a visit to… Sprinkles… a diamond in the rough of cupcake shops!

Hard to believe that tomorrow (Friday!) is our last day and private photography exhibition!
